Help with Numchemy.

Core puzzles work offline. If something does not look right, these steps preserve your local profiles and progress while you recover.

If the app appears stuck

  1. Close Numchemy and open it again.
  2. Try once with Wi-Fi or mobile data turned off.
  3. Restart the device if the screen remains unresponsive.

Reinstalling is a last resort because it can remove local profiles, progress, rankings, and settings.

When reporting a puzzle

Open Solution, choose Report this puzzle, and copy the report details into your email. Add your device model, app version, and what you expected. Do not include a player name or other personal information.
